 The Great Place to Work Institute UK  providing intelligence to business clients on survey results and organisational best practice. Undertaking organisational development projects including the design and delivery of intervention projects to develop company culture. Clients include SC Johnson, Aircelle ( Saffron Group ) and the BBC and  working on contract with Evolve Training (Ireland) with clients such as Tesco and EMC.

 Time Manager International (TMI UK) Senior Consultant

Working in all areas of Learning Development and Change Management specialising in large scale interventions and facilitated workshops. Responsible for all aspects of delivery and client  managet with companies such as Virgin Atlantic / Microsoft / Thames Water and Metronet. The delivery of Open Courses in the UK and Europe and designing products for European Partners. Also involved in Summit IMM intangible assets measurement program in conjunction with Summit Italy.

 People Development Manager – Forte Restaurants Division
